For only the second time in the franchise's existence, your Seattle Seahawks are World Champions.

I know, this page has been a ghost town lately-- but I promise-- SeahawksFTW still has a heartbeat!

We're already putting together our gameplan for next season over here at SeahawksFTW, but we wanted to celebrate with the community. 

When I started this blog, the bitter loss of Super Bowl XL was the closest thing I had experienced to this sport's pinnacle.  I started this blog because I was furious with the direction my beloved team was headed since that heartbreaking game and I was done with yelling at dipshits on the message boards.

Since then I've seen our hometown team win it all, lose again in an even more painful fashion, fire my beloved coach (yeah, the same guy I was pissed that they hired when I started this blog), and come full circle to win it all again. It's been an awesome ride.

Enjoy the offseason-- we know how hard to come by this feeling can be!
